MIMXRT1050_EVK bootloader support broken in Mbed OS 6.2.1

Description of defect

Mbed OS 6.0 added support for bootloader for MIMXRT1050_EVK target.

This was removed in #13229

It looks like the flag might have been removed by accident, due to rebase issues.
