Ability to collapse file sections from the bottom

It is very useful to be able to collapse file sections in the Agent chat pane, but it would primarily be useful to collapse them after reading them using a control at the bottom of the file section. Unfortunately the only control to collapse the file sections are at the top. So the user is forced to decide when reading through agent output between

• being able to read the file contents, but have it expanded
• not being able to read the file contents, or
• reading it, but then needing to scroll all the way BACK UP even though that can be MANY screenfuls of text. (I just tested the most recent Go file generated by Claude and it was 13 and a half screenfuls of code! Needing to scroll up to collapse every single file create very bad UX.)

The simple solution would be to either:

• add a collapse control to the bottom of file sections, or
• move the collapse control to the bottom (if there is some objecting to have the control in 2 places).

It would be FAR more useful at the bottom, but the ideal (IMHO) would be to have it at both the top and the bottom, since there are also some times when you want to skip reading a file, and just collapse it to skip to the text after the file.

The image shows exactly where it would be ideal to have the collapse control.
