support referencing other variables & workspace root in terminal.env in settings.json

in vscode's settings.json you can do this:

    "terminal.integrated.env.linux": {
        "PATH": "${workspaceFolder}/.pyprojectx/main:${env:PATH}"
    }
}

as far as i can tell there's no way to reference the project root, or an existing environment variable in the zed equivalent terminal.env setting
