File/folder search while in project_panel

Currently when the project panel is focused and the search key is pressed "/" in my case, it opens a global search, which is already easily accessible via "g /". VSCode also has this, essentially when the project_panel is focused and "/" is pressed it should allow you to search and navigate to where you want to be in the file tree. Currently feels a bit awkard when I am in the project_panel so I just default to my mouse.
