Splitted panel share one global tab_bar

• when zed do Split Pane, we always have one pane have one buffer and one pane have all opened buffer. Sometimes I split pane and want switch to other buffer.
  is it possible to make all buffer accessible to all panes?
• Also splitted pane each have their own tab bar is ugly. Is it possible to have one global tab bar?
