Unable to open a WSL shell in the project directory

Summary

Zed doesn't provide WSL with a working directory it can open in.

Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run Zed on Windows
2. Configure Zed to use WSL2 shell:

  "terminal": {
    "shell": {
      "with_arguments": {
        "program": "C:/Windows/System32/wsl.exe",
        "args": [
          "-d",
          "Debian"
        ]
      }
    },
  },

4. Open a WSL2 folder in Zed.
5. Open Zed's terminal

Expected Behavior: Zed's terminal opens in the project folder.
Actual Behavior:

• When running WSL 2.4.13, the terminal opens in the home folder with the following error

<3>WSL (51793 - Relay) ERROR: CreateProcessParseCommon:863: Failed to translate \\?\UNC\wsl.localhost\Debian\home\user\project

• When running WSL 2.5.7, the terminal opens in the home folder with the following error:

wsl: Failed to translate '\\?\UNC\wsl.localhost\Debian\home\user\src\canbox

It seems WSL fails to parse the leading \\?.

Workaround: add this to the command argument when launching shell:

"--cd",
"\\\\wsl.localhost\\Debian\\home\\user\\project"
