Add the filters and info when starting a new execution

i had to filter out a lot of photos and due to limit of no of files to add in a album i had to sit and do the thing of adding the space consuming ones to album n then download album and then delte them and when doing multiple things many times error coming up due excess no of photos and to trace the filters i used when the error occured is difficult to trace,
