seems now is not possible to configure swc

configure swc via .swcrc

this project is typescript base and it uses decorators, try to build it and you will have error

Loading .swcrc has been disabled in 12.0.1 as it was unintentionally enabled and causes issues like these where customizations don't work correctly yet. Please post your custom Babel configuration #30174 as it helps with prioritization.

Asking because I'd love to have async/await back which should be as simple as being able to add a target or browserslist field.

I want to set the target to es2017 so that the async functions arent mangled when debugging.
