Issue Summary

The refresh button is initially disabled, even tho a relative time is chosen by default

Steps to Reproduce

Go to any log page and try to use the refresh button

Expected behavior

The button shouldn't be disabled as the requirement for a relative time is done by default since 12hours is the default.
