Need better understanding of qualify_tables

I have the following function.

def test_qualify_oracle():
    schema = {
        "MYDB": {
            "MYSCHEMA": {
                "table1": {"col1": "", "col2": ""},
            }
        }
    }
    sqlglot_schema = sqlglot.MappingSchema(schema=schema)
    oracle_query_text = """select col1, col2 from table1"""
    oracle_query = parse_one(oracle_query_text, read="oracle")
    qualified = qualify_tables(oracle_query, schema=sqlglot_schema)

    qualified_sql_text = qualified.sql(dialect="oracle", pretty=False)
    print(qualified_sql_text)

My expectation was it output SELECT table1.col1, table1.col2 from MYDB.MYSCHEMA.table1 table1

However, I'm getting SELECT col1, col2 FROM table1 table1

What am I doing wrong with the schema definition?

you need to pass in the the default db and catalog into qualify_tables
