Add ARM32 Support

Just as the title says, add armv7 support if possible, please.

I think there's nothing to do with kernel.

Just compile ksud and manager for arm32 is ok I think.

The issue is that I am testing with a 32bit (armv7) ROM, I have the kernel with kernelsu integrated, but unfortunately there is no compiled KSU Manager apk for 32bit (armv7), if it is possible to offer it in future versions I would be very grateful
