load is very high when compact run the level 4(14 days ) if data is on minio

my data is on minio. when compact run the level 4 compatcion(Duration 14 days), load is very high.

I have to disable level 4 compaction to make compact run. I want to know what happened and how to solve it?

i notice the system cache is huge. Is these the cache of level 3 data wait to be campacted to level 4?
