[Prettier Plugin] Support wordpress block markup (HTML comment) syntax

Context

WordPress has a block markup syntax.

Basically it's using HTML comment syntax, with JSON format settings:

Feature request

Is it possible to sort the "className" field inside the block markup syntax with this plugin?
