Is the following feature able to be implemented by the creation of a plugin or as part of the program itself?

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement a feature that highlights or bolds the current sentence being written, and dims the surrounding text.
Also, it would center the current sentence vertically so that the screen doesn't jump while writing.

Describe alternatives you've considered
IA Writer has this feature, but does not have the end to end encryption of standardnotes.

Additional context
This is an accessibility feature that benefits certain individuals that may find it hard to write without it.
