Started deleting and recreating groups

This has been running for over 3 years but all of a sudden it started deleting and recreating groups. It's happened twice in a week. I need to update to the newest version but I need to figure out what's happening. Any insights? Not even sure if this is coming from google or this project. If google has the groups but the state file doesn't, will it delete and recreate all the groups in identity center?

I recommend you update to the latest version, the delete the state file, then what is going to happens is: if the name of the groups are similar in google and was, these should be updated , because maybe the ids are going to be regenerated, the if the user emails are the same in both sides, these will be updated as well, and the latest are the groups members, should happens the same, if a group in gold have the same members than was nothing should happen and then if everything runs ok, the new state file will be created.

Notes:

• remove the state file is a safe operation since this is only used to store the last version of the last aws scim values.
• the state file just avoid to go to aws scim api if there are no changes related to google api state
• remove the state file just make the sync slow since will check full the groups , users and members
