Do you like the idea of having a section for Podman in the docs?

Hi,  
I'm going to setup Shaarli in my environment, where I run a rootless [podman](https://podman.io/) installation on Debian. The CLI for docker and podman ist almost the same but there are some differnces.

I could think of contributing a podman section to the documentation, in case you like that idea. What do you think about it?
