build(deps): bump got and xo

Removes [got](https://github.com/sindresorhus/got). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [xo](https://github.com/xojs/xo). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `got`

Updates `xo` from 0.36.1 to 0.52.3
