QUIC DoQ H3 for SmartDNS on DD-WRT Firmware

Flashing DD-WRT onto an old router Dlink-DIR868L, I came across SmartDNS in its interface. On Github, it mentions support of DOT，DOH，DOQ and DOH3. The last 2 items caught my curiosity and enable SmartDNS to test the function. In the end, it was not working and running "smartdns --is-quic-supported" show the latest firmware didn't support the protocols yet. May I know whether SmartDNS ready for QUIC/HTTP3 or DD-WRT developers did not include the protocols in their firmware. Thanks

build smartdns static with OpenSSL 3.4.1or3.5.0 linked
