why nuclei can't get vulnerable from dummy vuln web like testphp.vulnweb.com

I can't get any vulnerable from testphp.vulnweb.com using nuclei, it's already happened in the past but i can fix it by adding flag -nmhe but now even when i use the flag like in this commands "http://testphp.vulnweb.com/listproducts.php?cat=1" I got nothing, please help me guys :'<

Nuclei find vulnerabilities based on the template you used, but the target website shows no detectable vulnerabilities from the default nuclei templates. Some may be found using fuzzing templates, and you can create custom templates for further discovery.
