Supporting custom SWR instance

I would like to propose adding support for custom SWR instance same like [Custom Axios instance].(https://orval.dev/guides/custom-axios)

We can set some config for SWR to all useSWRHooks like this.

If it's not a bad idea, I'll try to create some PR.
