Closing out of the inline Copilot chat in the new PR diff scrolls to the top

When I ask copilot about a diff in a PR and then am done with copilot and close out, the page scrolls all the way to the top. I would like it to maintain my scroll position, because it's annoying to have to find my spot and scroll down in a 2k line PR. A 2k line PR is annoying enough.

Reproduction Steps

Review a PR using the Preview view on web. Using Edge browser on mac.
In the file view, On a line, click dropdown arrow > copilot > "Ask about this diff" | "Explain"
Ask something, chat, etc in the popup modal
Click the X on the popup modal
Webpage scrolls all the way to the top. This is annoying for a 2k line PR.
