Currently for a self-hosted runner we need to use in yaml:

runs-on: self-hosted

Can we have a feature for overriding this ad-hoc so that we can switch run target without comitting a different yaml every for flexible dispatch across both a self-hosted runner and the default runner environment? I guess this is more of a feature request.
