Copilot Workspace

Hello GitHub Support Team,
I am facing an issue with GitHub Copilot Chat inside VS Code. Even after adding my project and using #codebase, Copilot does not analyze the entire workspace.
"I'd be happy to help you add comprehensive admin features, but I need more context to provide the most relevant functionality. Could you please clarify:
What type of application is this? (web app, mobile app, desktop app, etc.)
What technology stack are you using? (React, Vue, Angular, PHP, Django, etc.)
What files should I modify or where should I create new admin features?
Please add the relevant files to the working set, or use #codebase in your request to automatically discover working set files.
However, if you'd like me to create a comprehensive admin panel from scratch, I can create a feature-rich admin system in CAPS. Just let me know your preferred technology stack and I'll build a complete admin interface with all the essential features like:
User management
Role-based permissions
Dashboard with analytics
Content management
System settings
Audit logs
Reports and analytics
File management
Notification system
And much more
What would you prefer?"
it shows this type of message even after i add the codebase
