Organization upgrade missing after approval

Hi everyone,

Over the summer I was successfully able to renew my accounts approval as a teacher. However, I am unable to reactivate the free team plans of any of my organizations. There is no option at the top of https://education.github.com/globalcampus/teacher to upgrade and if I attempt to upgrade via the organization I am taken to the usual billing page.

For some reason the progress bar of the approval is not 100% full, but all other benefits (e.g. copilot) are functional.

I have no idea if this is related or not.

This seems like a common issue for a number of other educators but I have not seen any other discussions with a clear solution to the issue.
