Not accepting University ID Card

Hi everyone,

I uploaded my university id-card for getting the educational benefits.
The card displays the starting year of degree and the ending year in my roll number. for example: 2024-28-XXXX
The card does not explicitly says about the ending or starting date.
what else can i do.. i also retired by uploading a conditional letter give to me when i got accepted in my university. but that is also not accepted... What can i do now?

GitHub accepts the following documents:

• A picture of your school ID with current enrollment date
• Your class schedule
• Your transcript
• An affiliation or enrollment verification letter

Try these alternatives, if none of them work then contact GitHub support.
