no dns resolved when building with sandbox enabled

Bug description

domains cannot be resolved when running nix build with sandbox enabled

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• in https://github.com/mio-19/reoo
• nix build . - see errors
• sudo nix build . --option sandbox false no error

What is written in your /etc/resolve.conf?

there is a configuration option related to this but I haven't configured it (so it is the default value) wsl.wslConf.network.generateResolvConf

I think you either need the config generated by WSL or NixOS. Having none is not good and could cause this.

I disabled generation of wsl and added 1.1.1.1 8.8.8.8 to nixos configuration. However I still see similar dns resolve errors
