Steps to reproduce

1. Given tracer viewer
2. And you open a snapshot that has a long URL

Expected behavior

Copy button is visible for long URLs.

Additionally, it would be better for consistency/usability if copy button always has a fixed spot (to the right) and always be present. This is subjective. However, this mimics the behaviour of actual browser address bars, like in chrome.

Actual behavior

Copy button is not visible on address bar hover
