Upper Case Words at Start of Line

Hi,

How do I uppercase the words at the start of the line?

select first_name, last_name FROM students
where birth_country = 'Spain'
order by last_name;

I'd like to convert the above to:

SELECT first_name, last_name FROM students
WHERE birth_country = 'Spain'
ORDER by last_name;

Would be cool to also grab the by keyword.
