• I am running the latest beta/release version of Structurize for my Minecraft version.
  I am also running the latest versions of other mods that are part of my problem.

Current Behavior

I changed allowPlayerSchematics to false, but players can still choose schematics they created themselves

Expected Behavior

Players cannot use schematics created by themselves

Reproduction Steps

1. Install the mod on the server
2. Start the server, and after the configuration file is generated, shut down the server
3. Edit structurize-server.toml and set allowPlayerSchematics to false
