Support new Prisma features

Prisma in las few iterations has added many features which is not possible to be used in this project due to the way Prisma is integrated. Here are some thoughts to improve this experience.

1. move away from using internal Prisma functions to do what prisma is already doing best. Using Prisma commands like "npx prisma migrate dev" etc. may be more robust with changing needs, we can try to pin prisma version so that it does not break with any major version.
2. prismaSchemaPath should be used only for writing the file, we can make use of Multi file prisma schema in a folder.
3. Allow using prisma.config.ts or better generate one for new projects. this way user can control migration path along with other config options. keystone would not need to keep up with Prisma config.
4. Allow use of driver adapter rust free. this may require default app template importing and adding adapter to the keystone config.

If this is helpful, I am already working on a POC for this, hopefully we can figure out how to get that approved
