Describe the bug

The footer is currently rendering the old twitter icon instead of the updated version on https://hexo.io/ which is inconsistent with the icon shown in the comments section

Expected behavior

Footer should be consistent and render the latest icon.

How to reproduce

Go to any page like https://hexo.io/news/2025/09/16/hexo-8-0-0-released/ and compare the twitter icon in comment section and footer.
