Where do I put code patterns?

Is there an appropriate place for specific code patterns that I would like my agent to follow (like showing how I want it to use a particular library, or really anything)? Since I'm using Claude Code, I suppose I could tuck this sort of thing into sub agents. But, I'm wondering if there's a more spec-kitty way of going about this.
