Amending the Constitution

How are y'all doing with amendments to your constitution? I'd love some guidance on when and how to make amendments. Especially when starting with a large project, the first /constitution pass doesn't capture everything in detail. As I come across "truths" I want to add to the constitution, I'd like a programmatic way to do so. So far, I've just been asking Claude Code to add to the constitution, but is that the best way?
