Contibuting : What is the preferred way to translate/localize ?

Hi everyone!

I have already contributed twice to make some changes to the fr_FR translation by making a PR for a change to the JSON file.

However, I noticed that these changes ended up being overwritten by Crowdin pushes.

Would it be better to contribute via Crowdin (and therefore include it in contributing.yml and on https://docs.pangolin.net/development/contributing) or continue, as has been done for other languages, to make a PR (and configure Crowdin to retrieve translations from GitHub. Is this possible?)
