[Feature Request] Resources manual sorting or pinning

Summary

Hey! I've been using Pangolin for quite some time and there is a missing feature that I would really love to have.
In short it is something like drag-n-drop sorting of the resources. Currently we have different column sorting with ascending and descending order, but default one is the order in which resources were added to the Resources tab.

Motivation

When you have many different resources present and some of them are having more importance than the others. Regular sorting tools do not really match this slight customization purpose.

Proposed Solution

There are different methods to achieve this. I had some in my mind from the user persperctive. First one is something like drag-n-drop, when the order is changed with simple action.

Alternatives Considered

The other one is maybe pinning some of the resources to the top, this will also be useful with ordering if like every resource is pinned in certain order. (allows full customization but indirect)

Additional Context

The drag-n-drop feature I am describing is inspired by some note-taking apps like Notesnook or maybe Notion or AnyType, Unfortunately I do not remember where I saw exact implementation that is in my mind.
