[image_picker] Allows 3.0 web implementation (#4648)

Adds compatibility with `image_picker_for_web` 3.0, which was a breaking change only because it dropped implementations of deprecated platform interface methods that this package no longer uses.

Picks up the fix for flutter/flutter#92176
