* [shared_preferences] Switch to `shared_preferences_foundation`

Switches to using the new combined `shared_prefences_foundation` for iOS
and macOS.

Part of flutter/flutter#117941

* Update build-all exclusion

This reverts commit bf2ad1e.

* Try recreating the example app
