Chrome Tab opens in plain white

hello i am trying to follow the instructions but i am stuck.
when i want to open google chrome in changed mode, only a white opens in plain white without any information. so im not aible to continue.

the tip to change the fullscreen view with F11 does not work.

i am using windows 11 with the latest version of chrome. is it possible that this is the problem?

UPDATE:
I just had to click "ok" on the small tab an then the other tap opened...
