Extras NodeJS API implemented from another project

I saw that some of the net\http and other modules were missing maybe this might save some time.

It is already based on goja but was not updated for long...

Maybe take over the code and include it inside this active repo.

I also suggested to ditch CGO sqlite3 in favor of WASM version as mentioned in another project.
