is the rust API supposed to be public?

im planning to use typos to detect typos in my rust application, so im using the API, which im assuming isn't stable. what are your thoughts on this?

typos and typos-dict are public APIs. typos-cli is not.

im currently using typos-cli like this. should I instead vendor the dict.rs file?

Likely.

BuiltIn is fairly general though Overrides is geared towards the design of typos_cli::config. I'm unsure where I would put BuiltIn if I did move it out.
