GitHub Mobile app doesn't receive notification code when I'm trying to activate Copilot via Intellij Idea

Hi team!
I'm trying to activate my GitHub copilot subscription via Intellij Idea. I click "Copy and Open" -> it opens this window of Device Activation

-> My mobile app doesn't receive a code. ALL NOTIFICATIONS ARE ON. Are there any other options to use Auth app or to use recovery codes? Or maybe you could check an issue?
