Hello,

I’m very concerned about the lack of response from the support team. I created a ticket almost a month ago and have submitted multiple updates, but I still haven’t received any reply.

Meanwhile, I’m being charged for two concurrent Copilot subscriptions — one for the Pro plan and one for the Business plan. I recently upgraded from Pro to Business, but my Pro subscription is still active, and I’m unable to cancel either one. The only option I see is to upgrade to Pro+, but the account still shows that I’m on the Business plan.

Could someone from the support team please review my ticket and help resolve this billing issue? This situation is frustrating and needs urgent attention.

For more than a month, GitHub has been charging me twice, and your support has not responded to the ticket. Something is broken in the billing and or support, too. I am a paid user, and when I open the ticket, it says I am on a free plan.
