Getting Debugging to work in VSCode

Hello! My manager and I are trying to get debugging working in VSCode. We have recently installed the PTF's required for debugging. We've tried following the documentation in https://codefori.github.io/docs/developing/debug/ but we're getting stuck on the "Regenerate Debug Service Trust Store" option as that's not an option we see in Navigator.

Is there anything that can potentially help us get through this walkthrough to start the debugging service?
