My Vault Is Located In My Google Drive

My vault is located inside my google drive account (+using Obsidian Sync)
I want to build a Python script that takes data from google sheets and imports it inside Obsidian Periodic Notes.
I noticed this plugin can not run outside localhost, however, I wonder how can I use it correctly to implement this.
(eventually, the goal is to use Obsidian on all of my platforms and not only on my PC).
