Not getting the On-Device Authenticator options on Safari and Firefox

I am not getting the on-device authenticator for Safari, and Firefox. But I am getting all three options in Chrome.

      options = WebAuthn::Credential.options_for_create(
        user: {
          id: user.webauthn_id || generate_webauthn_id(user),
          name: user.email,
          display_name: user.name || user.email
        },
        exclude: user.webauthn_credentials.pluck(:external_id),
        authenticator_selection: {
          authenticator_attachment: 'platform',
          user_verification: 'preferred'
        },
      )

This is what I am using. I have tried various authenticator selections, but have not been able to get the desired result. Am I missing something?

Thanks for sharing the snippet. Could you clarify a couple of things so we can better understand the issue?

• When you say “all three options” in Chrome, which three options do you mean?
• Could you provide an example of the expected result versus the actual result you see on Safari and Firefox?
