Cursor slash "/" command

Hi I want to have a better understanding of the cursor implementation. Cursor support the "/" command.

I notice that this project, the documentation always use slash "/" command. Installing it for cursor the files will be copied to .cursor/rules then the users will call the different agent-os workflow system files with the "@". Cursor also support custom slash command, file can be move to .cursor/commands.

• what are the potential benifits of "@" Rules approach?

I’m trying to understand the tradeoffs and whether there are cases where the "/" would cause issues.
