Add to Docker MCP Hub

Would be great to have Basic Memory added to Docker's MCP Hub; it'll give the tool exposure to a large audience and make it easier and safer for users to integrate.

This would also enable us to use it with Claude while running it locally in a docker container. I have found no docs on how to configure claude to use this mcp while it's running in a container.
