Pressing enter is blocked when suggestions popup is showing

• I ran q doctor in the affected command line session and it didn't resolve my issue
• I ran q restart and it didn't resolve my issue

Expected behaviour

Should press enter to execute the code in terminal

Actual behaviour

When the suggestions popup is showing, I cant press enter or autocomplete the code.
