Neovim filename-autocomplete not working on iTerm2

Checks

• I ran q doctor in the affected command line session and it didn't resolve my issue
• I ran q restart and it didn't resolve my issue
• I searched the discussions in this repo and there are no duplicates of my issue

Expected behaviour

Neovim command (e.g. nvim/vim) can activate filename-auto-complete on iTerm2.
Some file names that I want to edit are in auto-complete suggestion panel.

Actual behaviour

Current Directory List

Run nvim command on iTerm2 as bellow:

amazon-q auto-complete

Not show file names in auto-complete suggestion as bellow:
But auto-complete suggestion successed when I used CodeWhisperer.

There should be no change here, can you try restarting the app and your terminal and see if it works?

Thank you for your replaying.
I tryied two cases as below, but any filenames were not displayed in amazon-q auto-suggestion...
vi command in images means nvim bash alias.

1. To restart amazon-q only

Run q quit and q restart on my terminal.
Some filenames were displayed only for a moment on auto-suggestion window in activating nvim command.

But they disappear at once.

2. To restart my terminal
