Update Russian translation

This is generated from Uranium commit 42404bb31eb070de6336bba5f237bdcc985b7399 using the command make i18n-create-mo. The Russian translation went wrong due to committing it to the wrong branch by me and then wrongly cherry-picking it by a colleague. I now re-commit it all.
